1. Pre-heat the oven to 225˚C.
2. Spread tomato sauce over the pizza base.
3. Divide the grated Parmesan cheese over pizza base
4. Decorate rich with pepperoni, black olives, capers and Mezzini Oven Roasted Red Wedges, topped by again a small amount of grated parmesan cheese.
5. Bake the pizza until the crust is browned and the cheese is golden, about 15 minutes.
