1. In
a sauce pan, cook pasta for 10-12 minutes. After cooking, chill for 30
minutes until cold.
2. Slice
smoked salmon in julienne slices.
3. Chop
dill finely and mix with smoked salmon. Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and
salt.
4. Mix
the smoked salmon and dill mix with pasta and Mezzini Oven Roasted Red Wedges.
5. In
a bowl, add the cold pasta and marinated salmon – dill mixture and toss until
well mixed.
6. Add
Mezzini Oven Roasted Red Wedges on
top and decorate with argula.
