1. In a sauce pan, bring water to boiling point, add the tricolore pasta and boil for 10-15 minutes.
2. Spice and fry the minced meat until golden brown.
3. Heat the Napolitana sauce, let it simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Serve in a traditional deep pasta plate, with at first pasta, then the minced meat and Mezzini Oven Roasted Golden Wedges, topped with grated parmesan cheese and the basil leaves.
