1. Slice ciabatta rolls lengthwise and layer with slices turkey breast.
2. Slice mozzarella and place on top of turkey breast slices.
3. Spread green pesto over the mozzarella.
4. Top with Mezzini Oven-Roasted Tomato Cubes.
5. Finish by placing the other halves of the ciabatta on top, decorate with basil leaves.
